Panel Discussions on Social Policy Issues

Twice a year, the BMW Foundation, together with BMW Welt, organizes panel discussions with prominent speakers on socio-political issues.

The discussions center on the consequences of globalization for society. The focus is not just on the economic and social changes, but also on the immediate effects of globalization on individuals and society. This theme is also taken up by our annual theme - "Social Cohesion." The goal is to actively stimulate the public dialogue, make visible best practice and provide ideas and inspiration for strengthening social cohesion with the aid of decision-makers and unconventional thinkers. We want to call attention to changes in order to be able to shape them together.

The moderated panel discussions take place in the Double Cone of BMW Welt in front of an audience of 250-300 people.
