German-Russian Dialogue Baden-Baden
The German-Russian Dialogue Baden-Baden seeks to strengthen the professional and leadership skills and sense of responsibility of German and Russian young leaders and to promote the dialogue between them. The intensive seminar is co-organized by the Robert Bosch Foundation, the BMW Stiftung Herbert Quandt, and the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations and advised by the Baden-Badener Unternehmergespräche. Participants are top-level leaders in business and society up to the age of 45 who have a wide variety of professional and social competencies and leadership skills, and are able to serve as role models.
In addition to economic and leadership issues, the discussions address current socio-political topics. The speakers and presenters are outstanding entrepreneurs from Germany and Russia as well as personalities from political, cultural and social life. The goal is to create and develop a network of young leaders from both countries. In addition, the decision-makers of the future are to assume social responsibility, enable economic cooperation based on trust, and thus make a positive contribution to the development of German-Russian relations as a whole.
