Give & Gain.

"Give & Gain. Entrepreneurial. Cooperative. Cross-sectoral" is a program to promote civil-society infrastructure and innovation. It offers a platform for a selected group of non-profit organizations and is primarily addressed at its leaders and executives. The aim is to jointly promote human resource and organizational development and thus strengthen innovation and sustainable infrastructure.

The program includes a further education program which consists of both workshops with external speakers and experts from the Foundation's Young Leaders alumni network and peer-coaching and peer learning elements. In addition, the Foundation supports the organizations by providing them with financial and mentoring support and by integrating them into the Foundation's Young Leaders network and/or programs.
