Module 2010

A training program comprising both workshops with outside speakers and experts from among the alumni of the Foundation's Young Leaders programs and peer coaching and peer learning elements provides concrete, practical support to the organizational and human resource development of the partner organizations.
Thematically, the focus is on four issues: fundraising, organizational development, public relations, and expansion/scaling. Following inspiring, day-long workshops on those four topics, individual "Give & Gain. - Peer Learning Sessions" will provide an opportunity for more in-depth exchange and dialogue among the participants.

The goal of the program is to provide long-term assistance to the participating organizations. The partner organizations will receive both continual support from the BMW Foundation and individual support from its staff. This support includes invitations to international forums and events organized by the BMW Foundation or its partners, but also targeted networking with the Foundation's Young Leaders network.
