	<description><![CDATA[The 4th Alumni Meeting offers Young Leaders an opportunity to exchange experiences and engage in a sustainable dialogue. All participants of the previous four German-Russian Dialogues Baden-Baden are invited to join the meeting in Moscow. The meeting will kick off with a workshop with Dialogue in the Dark where the participants will sharpen their senses for the following days and experience a new kind of team building: in complete darkness, without their sense of sight. ]]></description>
